Capital campaigns are often the pivot point for organizations to scale and grow. But successful campaigns can't be launched overnight and can't be the solution to financial dire straits. Transformational campaigns require big, bold visions, careful preparation, and the right mix of staff and volunteer engagement.
Join Barbara O’Reilly, CFRE, principal of Windmill Hill Consulting, as we look at how an organization can determine its readiness to embark on a campaign, how to best prepare for, plan, and manage a large-scale fundraising initiative. You will learn how to:
1. Identify the components critical for a successful campaign;
2. Describe the general timeline of a campaign;
3. Determine how to recruit a volunteer and staff structure that will successfully lead the campaign.
