Pivoting to a New Level
We hope you will join a workshop led by Katie Stanhangen, Advancement Database Manager at Western Carolina University, as we explore the magic of Pivot Tables. Pivot Tables are a tool in Excel that help you summarize and analyze data. In this workshop, you will receive a file of data and together we will learn how to create Pivot Tables, use different features to aggregate and analyze data, segment data, and explore some common pitfalls that can occur when using Pivot Tables. Pivot Tables are useful for all kinds of fundraising applications including data cleanup, reporting, and prospecting. We hope you will join us for this interactive event!

Speaker Bio: Katie Stanhagen has worked in advancement services in a variety of roles, from gift management to prospect development and database management. Katie is currently the Advancement Database Manager at Western Carolina University. Katie holds a Master of Arts degree from University of Chicago and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Virginia Tech. Originally from Virginia, Katie relocated to North Carolina in 2019.
